Hello all :)

Hi everyone.

My name is Lars, and I'm from Denmark.
I heard about Rift not so long ago - only a few months ago, I think.
I started reading about the game, and a week ago I decided that this would be where my "future" lies.

I'm a "down to earth"-kinda guy. 24 years of age (come next thursday (24th)), and I like socialising.
I live with my girlfriend and cat, and have been so for, closing on, 1½ years now.
Living with my better half also takes alot of time, time I would previously spend playing online. But this is where I read about you guys and thought - "YES! A society where I can get to be who I am, without having to play 9 days a week".

I have previously played WoW (since EU beta), AoC (since EU beta), W:a:R, EvE Online, Aion (since EU beta) and LotRO but have only really gotten anything from WoW, since the others never really sparked my interest enough. That or WoW was too addictive :s

This time I've cancelled my WoW subscription quite some time ago, and I really do feel that Rift might just be the place for me.

I hope from you guys, whom I still have to get to know (but I'm looking forward to it), that we may have some wonderful hours together, both inside and outside of Telara.


In-game I'll be playing a Warrior named Skagasha, and will probably be tanking most of the time, that's my no 1 priority as it stands.
Still a little shaky on which souls to go for, but I think Paladin/Reaver/Warlord might come in handy.
